Kids ultimate frisbee is a non-contact team sport where players throw a disc to a teammate to advance down a field and score by catching it in the opponent's end zone. It's played by people of all ages and abilities, emphasizes self-officiating, and instills a strong sense of sportsmanship known as the "Spirit of the Game". The game is inclusive, safe, and promotes physical and mental development through running, throwing, and problem-solving.
