2D and 3D Collage is a fun way to make drawings and sculptures by cutting paper, fabric, and found objects; and glueing them to a surface to make the image.
Examples of a few projects:
Diorama!: Students will choose a small plastic animal and create a home or environment for them in a box with provided materials.
Make a Monster!: Students will have access to a variety of materials to glue or sew onto a fabric monster body (premade for time).
Camouflage your Ocean Creature!: Inspired by Eric Carle's Mister Seahorse, Students will create an underwater friend on a piece of paper. On a clear plastic sheet, we will create an environment that will hide their fishy friend, which can be lifted up to reveal them underneath.
Pickup at the front entrance.
